40. In the judicial district of Montréal, the motions provided for in this Division shall be presented to the associate coordinating judge or the designated judge on Tuesdays at 2:15 p.m. in room 13.09 of the Courthouse of Montréal, subject to the power of the coordinating judge or the designated judge to decide otherwise.
These motions shall be filed with the office of the court not later than the day before the date set for the hearing.
